About Our Clinic
The Hearing Center was established by Thomas W. Norris, Ph.D. in 1983. Since that time The Hearing Center has provided professional hearing health care services to the Omaha and surrounding area.
Services provided by The Hearing Center are patient specific and may include any or all of the following: diagnostic hearing evaluation, hearing instrument consultation and fitting, or medical referral.
Courses for industrial hearing conservation management are provided three times a year, and upon completion provide participants with certification by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC).
Choosing a hearing professional is one of the most important decisions a hearing impaired person can make. Since a hearing aid cannot be prescribed like eye glasses, proper hearing aid recommendation and fitting is highly dependent on the judgment and skill of the professional selecting the instrument. We test your hearing, select and dispense the hearing instrument best to meet your needs, in additon to, providing support, counseling and service of the hearing system. We are concerned about the person and make hearing solution recommendations to fit your lifestlye and personal needs.
